Purpose: To Coach, Mentor and Equip Christian Leaders

• Many ministers and elders are struggling and many dropping out.
• Leadership in today’s churches must be equipped with stout hearts and new skills.

• Academic settings, while vitally essential, can supply only part of the training needed for effective ministry. The rest comes on the job.
• Growing numbers of promising elders and ministers are seeking coaches and mentors.

• Priorities: Coach and mentor a small circle of promising ministers and the elders of a small circle of promising congregations. Then multiply the circles.
• Write books and other resources for Christian leaders.

• The great commission of Jesus.
• Jesus’ relational servant-leadership training style.
• Local churches as the heartbeat of God’s action.

• Incorporated with the State of Texas and IRS approved as tax-exempt, non-profit ministry.
• Accountable to a board of directors and an expanded national advisory board.
• Guided by a circle of spiritual advisors.

Contributions from individuals and organizations and such fees as services of the ministry might generate from those able to pay. Books open to inquirers upon request.
